By using ProfilePass, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our service.

2 The Service

ProfilePass provides NFC business cards that link to digital profiles. We host your profile data and handle the technology that makes the tap-to-share experience work.

3 Your Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure
• Only share information you have the right to share
• Don't use the service for illegal purposes
• Don't redirect to malicious or harmful websites

4 URL Redirects

If you choose to redirect your card to a URL, that URL will be shown to recipients before they visit it. You are responsible for ensuring your redirect URL is safe and appropriate. We reserve the right to disable redirects to harmful content.

5 Service Availability

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates.

6 Payment & Refunds

ProfilePass cards are a one-time purchase. We offer refunds within 30 days if your card is defective or doesn't work as advertised. Contact contact@profilepass.net for refund requests.

7 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
